About Me

Hi! I'm Emily. I'm the face behind all the cookies. I operate a cottage bakery in Arcanum, Ohio. As the only person here at The Flying Key, I'm in charge of taking orders, planning, making dough and icing, baking, decorating, photographing, packaging and making sure your cookies end up in your hands in one piece- but my most important title is 'mom'! I stay home with my two little girls and fit in cookies when I can, which has meant a lotttt of late nights the past two years, but I absolutely love getting to create cookies for all your special events!

I started to teach myself how to decorate cookies in February of 2017, and after almost ten years working retail, I've turned this into my full time gig.  What a dream it's been!
